A constant net connection is no longer required to play but it still has the one time activation. A step in the right direction. Perhaps they finally realise just how many people got upset about this.

I really want...

..to get into games like Hearts of Iron and Victoria but they seem so daunting. Such grand strategy looks appealing but I fear I don't have the time to pour into them. Best I can cope with is Total War and Civilisation but those games are considered light in comparison. Has anyone ever played them by chance?
