From the same youtube user who brought us The Great Battle of Skyrim he now brings us The Siege of Markarth. Another beautiful machinima.

Here are a few miscellaneous screenshots of Skyrim, I’ve been too busy today to actually play it.

It’s been a while since I played Skyrim so I thought I’d get back to it and take a few screenshots. Most of these were taken in the swampy area before you get to Riften, which is somewhere I’ve never really spent much time.

I’ve been taking more shots of Windhelm and I’m particularly impressed with the Temple of Talos.

This is a day to night transition I captured in Skyrim today.

Everyone is excited about the Space Core from Portal 2 being in Skyrim and to tell you the truth I think It’s a great way to open up the Steam Workshop to everyone. The rest of the screenshots are pretty much Bleak Falls Barrow minus the bard fella and the giant (which was modded to be way bigger than usual) of course. The new lighting makes for a much more immersing trek through a dungeon because it’s actually dark and you need a torch with you for certain areas.

This is an interesting little video.

Skyrim Game Jam is something that Bethesda did once they were finished developing Skyrim. They let the developers do whatever they wanted for a week creating stuff etc. Then they added it to the game and showed it off. Some of this stuff may never see the light of day but there is always hope of DLC or just being released for free.

The Great Battle of Skyrim.

Epic machinima battle of 500 Draugr, 200 skeletons, 500 Dwarven Warriors and a dragon using mods and console commands.

NPC’s and environments have benefited from the lighting mod so much, it’s like I’m playing a totally new game.

Sup thief. Like my new sword? Yeah I like it too.

So now the high resolution texture pack is out I’ve modded Skyrim AGAIN. I’ve added a screenshot with information of all the mods I’ve got going on. The only one not listed there is the FXAA Post Process Injector. To be honest Skyrim is looking so awesome now it’s a shame these screenshots don’t do it full justice.

Conan in Skyrim?

Yep, someone has modded Conan the Barbarian into Skyrim and it actually looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

  • how badly the high resoultion texture pack for Skyrim is going to break my game. I've already got the HD texture pack on there along with the FXAA mod.

I made a new character in Skyrim, an Argonian, called Griffin. As soon as I left the starting area I headed up towards Windhelm and the screenshots began to flow as they always do. I’m being far more strict this time with not going to be using fast travel.
